About Open Gym

Open gym is a friendly, positive, respectful, open environment for participants to come and practice skill sets independently. We offer opportunities for those that want to explore and review their respective skills at our facility without instruction. Our staff are present to monitor participants and to ensure they’re practicing safely.

Participants must check-in within the first thirty minutes of each open gym session. All participants must sign a waiver.

 

Raleigh Schedule

Mondays – Open Gym (Ages 12+) // 08:00PM – 10:00PM

Wednesdays – Mixed Ages Open Gym (Ages 6+) // 04:00PM – 05:00PM

Thursdays – Open Gym (Ages 12+) // 08:00PM – 10:00PM

Saturdays – Youth Open Gym (Ages 6 – 11) // 02:00PM – 04:00PM

Saturdays – Open Gym (Ages 12+) // 04:00PM – 06:00PM

Winter Challenge Night is this Friday the 15th from 7pm-9:30pm. There will be NO 6:30pm Tumbling class!Click here to pre-register!
